Inspiration for the logos in this brochure and poster series comes from the symbol of the crane in Japanese culture and is combined with the colors and linking nature of the Olympic rings. The way this brochure folds on into a long, narrow poster relates well to the idea of unrolling a traditional Japanese scroll and would make for an interesting keepsake from the Olympic Games.
